Donatos used to be THE pizza place, key word USED to be. My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times over the past few years and for the past several months we have not been earning points/ rewards for our purchases. Now their online system is screwing up our orders. We usually order two 1 topping pizzas and a specialty pizza plus a sub or two. They have a "deal" to get one signature pizza and one 1 topping pizza for $29.99. So just now we ordered one signature pizza and one 1 topping pepperoni pizza then ADDED another pepperoni pizza to our order, plus a couple other things. Upon checkout, everything looked good, so I hit the checkout button. When they delivered our food I mentioned we were missing one of the pizzas, delivery guy pointed to everything on my receipt like I couldn't find the information myself. So I decided to call the location and explain the situation, they said they apologized and would be sending the pizza I was missing. Fifteen or so min later they call saying they will not fix the issue even though it seems to be a system glitch. I explained this is not the first time this has happened which is why I doubled checked before checking out. Bottom line, they did not want to fix the problem and when I mentioned that for what we paid for two pizzas, a salad and a couple brownies that was basically highway robbery. The lady on the phone simply said "I don't make the prices. If you want your other pizza you gotta pay $62." When I said "excuse me?! $62 more just for one pizza?" She amended and said "$16.99 plus another delivery fee." So needless to say they have officially lost our families business and I will be letting everyone I know about how they now choose to operate. Hopefully this location closes its doors or a company higher up fixes things before more people get treated like this.

This is an Ohio 4.1 if I’ve ever seen one. The fact that it was undercooked (cheese not fully melted) has nothing to do with this poor review. Nothing could help the quality of this pizza. $50 for Uber Eats. $37 for just the pizza. Don’t know what was more disgusting… the pizza or the pricing 🤷

I’m only giving this pizza one star because I can’t give it zero stars. It’s the most remarkable pie I’ve ever tasted only because it is the very worst, in all my years. It’s an affront to food
