    Ordered from this store before and usually a good experience. Today 12/10/25, I ordered a medium hand tossed cheese pizza Xtra sauce, a large thick crust spinach, bacon, parmesan pizza +grilled chicken. Original delivery time would be about an hour showing it would be 7:07pm. Then it went to 7:20pm. At 7:20 pm the Doordash driver called and said they had no record of my order. I had to describe my order and after a few minutes they found it. It was delivered at 7:35 pm. The pizzas were cold, I tried to contact the Lewis Center store but got no answer. I had to heat up the pizzas in a microwave. The cheese was ok but didnt seem to have the extra sauce on it, pretty dry. The spinach bacon parm had a good flavor but very skimpy on the bacon. Plus I was supposed to get a ranch dipping sauce with it, and it was missing. Overall this was a big mehhhh experience. I need to find a good mom and pop pizzeria near me. It's sad you can't contact the store, and even more sad they have the Doordash driver call you when they lose the order, especially when they are the ones that called for doordash to deliver.

    We ordered cheese pizza and garlic breadsticks last night. The pizza was good, but the garlic breadsticks were clearly old and spoiled

    Ordered bbq wings got chicken strips, was supposed to get to house at 7:30pm was 7:45pm ordered 6 breadsticks got 5 and 1/4. Very disappointing, second time we have been very disappointed with our order. We live across the street no reason for this.

    Donatos’s used to be special like McDonald’s back in the day but now it’s usually undercooked and they put half the pepperoni. My pie was not good at all
