  They literally messed EVERYTHING up for a 2nd time this week 😂 Undercooked pizza cheese not even melted, overcooked breadsticks hard as a rock, and frozen cookies. I’m surprised my 20oz Pepsi wasn’t hot with how these people are running this place. Only giving 2 stars because the delivery driver was nice, and they didn’t send it through DoorDash. Everyone else in this establishment needs major help and retraining though.

  It was very dirty and expensive. The food isn’t very good and there isn’t a lot to choose from. This is the last place i’d recommend going to. There was hair in the food. It was very unsanitary

  Ordered on the app. Arrived at the Polaris store on Cameron Ave. only to find out they only made one of two items we ordered. Had to wait an additional 25 minutes and there were hardly any customers there. Meanwhile one of the items is sitting here getting cold. My view while waiting is of a back parking lot having to move my car for the delivery drivers. Had to ask one of the delivery drivers where my food was. "They are checking on it". Oh they forgot my order. Manager please contact me. We even left a tip on the app. Never again. Got home, the order still wasn't complete.
