- SPS P5 days ago1.0Date: 4/23 time - evening I’ve ordered from this drive-through location many times and usually have a smooth experience, which is why this visit stood out. When I pulled up to the pickup window as I normally do, the employee—who appeared to be a manager—spoke to me in a rude tone and said, “Pull forward, didn’t you read the sign?” The way it was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I completely understand if procedures have changed or if customers are expected to follow new instructions, but a more polite and respectful approach would go a long way. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Chick-fil-A, so this interaction was disappointing. I hope the team can be a bit more courteous in how they communicate with customers moving forward.

She went above and beyond and her energy brightened my day. The service was quick and speedy and as always the food was delicious. Thank you Nola and team for providing such a special experience. I had placed a mobile drive through order and sat as the first car in the mobile line for about 10 minutes without getting my food or any acknowledgment for the extensive wait.. I ended up just canceling my order and driving away. Super disappointing.
