  Depending on the employee when I use the buy one, get 1 free receipe they either won't honor it or act insulted by me using it and when I use it, I order a value meal and then ask for a free sandwich with the receipt. If i'm doing something wrong , let me know

  Food is 50/50, sometimes it’s great but sometimes it sucks. Every time we order online whether it’s door dash or pickup they NEVER give us all of the food we ordered! Idk how hard it is to read it on a screen and not get it right!! Terrible service when trying to get it resolved as well! Also never any napkins or straws when ordering door dash! Come on this is simple tasks people! Wake up! Missing our 2 regular cheese burgers for 1 person in our house!

  My strips were so hard and chewy they immediately got the frappe wrong and older guy workingthe drive through was being so rude 2 employees just absolutely horrible service and then doesn't wanna fix anything with my order that will be the last time we eat there shame on you McDonald's absolutely unacceptable

She is cussing loud enough for us to hear all the way out in the dining room, talking down to the other coworkers and overall just not being a good manager. She was wearing a red long sleeve shirt and had long dark brown hair. It seems like she's on the expo station. There have been a few small arguments in the 30 minutes we've been here and she seems to be the main cause of them. As somebody who works in food service, if my manager talked to me like that i'd quit so fast. She's talking about how these certain people shouldn't be a "crew trainer" and making it seem like they're not good. She clearly doesn't seem to care about her staffs feelings. If she meant any of this as a joke, it didn't seem like it. If you're gonna joke around like that then make it so customers can't hear, we don't want to hear things like that. Also started making inappropriate jokes then saying "i forgot i was around a bunch of teenagers". Please do something about this behavior.

  Was there after lobby closed so I went through and drive through to get my pregnant wife nuggets and they forgot the sauce so I parked and saw a guy cleaning and asked to get the sauce by which I was told mo I have to go back through the five through (25 minute wait) for the sauce but the manager Daniel to the rescue! Thank you for the customer service Daniel
