  Gave me cold hard old hot dogs!! I came through the drive thru 30 minutes before they closed cus I was on the way home promising my kids gold star for dinner cus I worked all day and it was bed time I had to wait 15 minutes because they couldn’t find my order even tho I showed her on the app and on my email well eventually they found it . But when I bit into the hot dog it was cold I said ok it is what what it is then half way through it I kept biting hard pieces and spitting them out well there was a piece i couldn’t even bite through pulled it out and the hot dog was old cold and hard when I said hard I mean crunchy could bang it on the table hard like had to of been super old . There’s nothing I could do cus they had closed. I got my food at 10:50 and they was already trying to get out of there before I showed up which is fine cus it’s the end of the night but Even if I came in 5 minutes before they closed I deserve fresh food I am a paying customer !!

  The amount of absolute of disgust I have for the owner of this store. Today I watched who I’ve been told is the owner of Gold star chili in Lebanon Ohio, degrade and disrespect a learning, new employee, to the point of no return. That is not how you treat people. There is a fine line between teaching and belittling and that manager was BELITTLING this employee who seems to be trying her best. It was honestly sad. I couldn’t even finish my meal.

  Got delivery through Doordash. Both burgers were incorrect. (receipt Had items printed correctly). Doordash offered a pitiful partial refund (I get it.Technically it wasn’t their fault). called gold star. whoever answered did not identify themselves as a Goldstar employee or the manager.. Just “hello”. I had to ask if I had reached Goldstar. They told me to send a copy of the receipt. I sent a copy to the number I called and to a separate number on the receipt. They claimed they never received a copy. I then resent a copy to the initial number. (why have me send a picture of the receipt to a number that either isn’t receiving texts or cannot receive texts?!) I eventually drove to the actual Gold Star. (I had paid $35 for two burgers, fries and drinks. No, it didn’t break the bank. This wasn’t about money. I did make the choice to order knowing the prices. I ordered thru DoorDash because I didn’t have time to go out right then). Therefore I feel I was owed at least ONE of the “combos”. Nope. I got a burger. It would have beem nice to have been compensated at least one of the complete combos (burger, fries and drink) since I had to pay Doordash a delivery and a tip, then ended up having to drive to Goldstar to any get kind of compensation. Also, majorly overpriced for the small portion size, quantity and quality of service
