  Stopped there on my way home. Order 3 cheese coneys with mustard and onion and a five way. Asked for hot sauce with order. 1. Cheese coneys no onion or mustard on them. 2 Onions served on 5 ways ( used to be on the side) 3. Buns where stale. 4. Chili was warm at best. 5. Was only given one hot sauce packet and it was empty. 6. Worst thing saw child going in and out of kitchen area in the back like he worked there. (Maybe 10 years old.) I will never go to this location again and I am still thinking about filing complaints with several agencies.

  It’s a Cincinnati staple. You come for the chili that is known for the region. Of course they offer more and for some that is a good way to try and defer to something that isn’t the chili.

  Food is great. The drive through takes nearly as long as just going in and sitting down and getting food and leaving. Not even joking. I eat here 3 times a week and the last month at least average drive thru times are 8-10 mins. The staff are very friendly, but I feel either they are under-staffed or the staff needs a little more sense of urgency. From my perspective, it seems to be more of a cook/kitchen issue than a server/drive-thru attendant issue. This is the only reason I didn't give it four stars

  Ordered online, arrived at the store 10 minutes later. No customers in the store with 4 employees standing around doing nothing and they hadn't even started the order. This place is a joke.

  I choose to get 2 sloppy cheese coneys today. Thats where they make them with buns already in the boxes so the chili runs out the ends. Best to eat with a spoon.
