- TWTravis WrightNov 9, 20251.0Sunday 11/9 have been waiting over 30 minutes for 3 drinks because there are only 3 NEW employees working. Management REALLY needs to do a better job of training before throwing new staff to the wolves.

Since its opening I have been unable to stop by and order food on the speaker or place a mobile order where I was given the correct items or have an order where items were not missing. This is a very bad look for a new location. This is why no one stops by. It is the only Dunkin I see in the morning that doesn’t have a line around it. I have finally decided to pull the plug on going to this location. Calling the bank and getting my money back because half my order was missing from online order. Enjoy going out of business. P.S lot 1 in Lebanon is wayyyy better. To any readers. I highly encourage you to stop there. They actually care and have wayyy better coffee and treats. I would rate the food more stars but the fact we don’t get the right food and or have missing food every time, I can’t give this more than a 1 star. The service is just people saying sorry. Not offering to fix it or refund. And the atmosphere I cannot speak for because I have not been inside so I am leaving a 1 star. Also pay close attention to the 5 star reviews. They are clearly botted and or payed/rewarded reviews. Absolutely disgusting. Just shut down already. There’s other places that would fit better. It’s a waste of space

One of the most spiteful things I've ever seen in a drive through. I got a refund. One lady was very apologetic but the one that burned my sandwich laughed and walked away from the windows. Lebanon is too small of a town to be playing around.

I have had to get extra ice or it's to thin. I've had both my coffees with two different dairy options made together at the same time in the same blender. I don't know if it's training or the people in Lebanon just don't care but this location is horrible.
