My family and I were upset in the moment and all I said was what happened, but because of his service and costumer care we will be giving Donatos another chance solely based on George, Thank you. Ordered a pizza at 7:00pm delivery time 7:43 pm arrived 8:12 pm, cold when I called they had no way to know when it would arrive. When I asked driver if there was a corporate number he had no idea. 45 dollars for a cold pizza is not a great deal. Should have gone to LaRosa’s they are always great. Stay away from Lebanon Ohio Donatos pure trash food and service.
