- MMMSNov 24, 20251.0UPDATE- contacted customer service and no one contacted me back. Really disappointing 😞 Ordered a large thin pepperoni and a baked italian Big Don sandwich. They were both so disappointing! No edge to edge crispy pepperoni because they just put it in piles on the pizza, much of it being under the cheese which turned it into a greasy mess. Crust was very underbaked and didn't have much of the signature cornmeal either. It doesn't even resemble a Donatos pizza! The sandwich was just sad, hardly baked, few ingredients and that lettuce was like like a complete afterthought. Never have I ever had such horrible food at a Donatos!

The restrooms, are disgusting. Its been a week or more since they've been cleaned. This isn't the first time I've experienced these issues here.
