Now I expect them to make a bed of rice on the bottom of the bowl instead she fills full of rice and when I go to get more on the bowl she didn't have enough room. I then find out that there out of multiple ingredients at Dinner Time! I feel this was the worst experience I've had at chipotle

I might understand if this happened around closing but this was dinner time and they were half out of everything and not making anymore. I won't eat here again.

First I walk in as the only customer and they didn’t greet me or even say a word for 5 minutes. The only person that seemed like they cared to be here was the cook in the back who was getting visibly annoyed by his coworkers lack of care. As the girl came up to make my burrito she couldn’t stop talking to her coworker and didn’t even greet me or apologize for the wait. Instead she tells me “they are out of pico.” At the end of the line she tells me they are also out of cheese but she “can walk to the prep area and grab some more if I really want it.” Well yeah I would appreciate if you grab the prepped cheese like you are supposed to. I never leave reviews but I’m done with this location.
