If you question and ask to see Manager, He never apologized and refused to let us even pay for pizza. It was salads that he was over charging for by over $10. Said to forget salads and I'd then just take the pizza and he slammed window and refused. Told me to leave a bad review as he didn't care because he couldn't get fired. I will NEVER buy from Donatos again....

I was very upset and well never go to an organization where they offer a deal and then when you go to pay...they won't honor. This is false advertising at it's best but it was more the Manager's attitude that bothered us.
