  Called in about my pizza the girl was rude and said I’ve told people we are short staffed but took over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered when he got here he went to the side of the house when he clearly walked passed the front porch.

  Foods always good, but since February of 2026 my orders either come an hour late as if someone forgot or its messed up, i typically swallow my pride and take it as it is bc nobodys perfect but i just waited an hour for this pizza to call in for this woman to be rude and say “its been ready” and slurred every sentence. pizza came borderline 2 hours late and is cold. new york style with half toppings.

  Placed order for delivery at 5:34. At 7:05 no pizza. Called the store complained to woman that identified as the Mgr. She kept giving conflict stories as to why. Refused to cancel the order, when we said told her we would complain to corporate she replied " oh I'm scared" and hung up. Pizza finally showed at 7:20, 1 hour and 46 minutes after placing the order. Pizza almost cold. Customer service is nonexistent at this store.

  Tried the new pan crust and loved it! But I don't understand how any self respecting pizza establishment can offer a deep dish pizza and use canned soggy mushrooms! I love to have all the veggies and piled high. But canned mushrooms just ruin it. And this location is all over the place with staff and service. Sometimes good, others seem to have never heard of good customer service.
