  Food orders are slow,new computers to order which I hate.Much easier to order at counter! Foods not always hot! Cold fries.

  Honestly I feel like it's just like any other McDonald's except for the people are different service was okay atmosphere was fine it was alive with people so it was decent atmosphere and the food is okay I'm not a fan of McDonald's so there's that

  Awful service every time we go, either something is forgotten or we are treated like a nuisance for getting in the drive through. We ordered 3 mcdoubles only mayo and the girl taking our order kept punching in double cheeseburgers add Mac sauce. When we tried to call attention to it by telling her mcdoubles and not double cheeseburgers, she acted like she was hitting the wrong buttons on accident and said she was going to fixit but still charged us for 3 double cheeseburgers we had to get it fixed when we pulled up to the window because the employee obviously thought she knew better... Even interrupted us when we tried to help. Maybe next time listen to the customer about their order and not what YOU think they want. Just going to start going to the memorial location as the reviews for this location say enough.

  Girl at the drive thru handed me a smoothie with a broken lid and a literal mess dripping down the side and no napkins. Then she got attitude when I insisted she pour it into a new cup. the manager has been there too long and is visibly burnt out and over it. The whole place is a joke ran by clowns. Ronald McDonald would be proud

  Ordered a large chocolate shake with no whipped cream, but 9/10 times when I receive it, it's not even full or barely has any chocolate in it.
