- SAsav ageDec 16, 20252.0This is got to be one of the most laziest Wendy's I've ever seen I've been in here now on multiple occasions within the past 2 weeks same young guy working the front counter pretty much seems like he ain't got a clue in the world on what's going on and What needs and then you've got the three guys in the back trying to desperately clean so that way they can get out and go home and I imagine that you've only got one person Manning the grill probably a female by the sounds of it from what I saw which isn't a big deal she just sounds like she's done with it because she's probably been forced to be there all day without any help. Greeting when you come through the door. Most of the time it's a old manner are you doordash or dine in or to go as if somebody's being a nuisance because they walked into the store. The productivity at this store is absolutely disgraceful and you've got people on the line eating? You know I've worked for a fast food chain most of my life I understand how stressful it can be but I also know when people are just being LAX because it's the end of the night and they just want to go home. Hiring clueless register personnel that don't do anything except pack orders and type in numbers that are not cross trained and can't be cross trained is what I believe to be a waste of space especially when you act like you don't care and just want to go home. Get it together Wendy's like I said I'm not one to judge but I have been in here multiple times of the past couple of weeks and it's the same routine I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my order you are a fast food restaurant be fast
