  Food is like all other taco bells but I have been there a few times in the past few months and they ask if I can round up for donation. I say no. They do it anyways.

  No one was in line. Placed a order in the drive thru, asked to pull around, I under stand you all need to make drive thru times, but maybe not lie to the owners and show them the true times you all have. Not pull people away to clear your times to try and make yourself look good. Coming from a former store manager

  It's a Taco Bell, not a Ruth's Chris... I've been to Taco Bell around the world. The facility is par for the course. Service was below par as most Taco Bells have gotten much better with customer service. Here they wouldn't even make eye contact with me during our interaction. Now as for the food. The part that's supposed to make you look past the fact you're eating at a fast food restaurant. 80% of it was good. The other 20% was as bad as you can get. Things like stray pieces lettuce in my cheesy roll ups (hot lettuce does not add to my experience of what was supposed to be a cheesy good one), Gordita crunch outer shell was ice cold, multiple drink options with no syrup and just carbonated water (no sign warning you), and to top it all off, my Grilled Cheese Burrito was charcoal. Like, add some starter fluid and throw it in the bottom of the grill, charcoal (picture for reference). I understand accidents, but I know they saw how bad it was. And they were either relying on the fact I won't say anything, or they missed that it was a dine-in order. Either way, with the way customer service felt, I didn't want to chance them messing with my food if I asked for another. All in all, it's a Taco Bell... But maybe just get a burger somewhere else if this is where you find yourself.

  Horrible, horrible, horrible. I placed a mobile order and after I had already placed the order and paid for ASAP pickup, the pickup time was 40 minutes after my order. My wife and I were already in the parking lot, so I was going to go inside to ask about the wait, and all of the doors were locked, even though there were people inside. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. We did finally get the food after over an hour of placing the order (ended up going to the grocery store and running other errands) and it was alright, but this was still a horrible experience.
