  Went in after work to pick up 2 pizzas that were supposed to $9.99 (special going on.) The app charged me full price for 2nd pizza, guy at the counter fixed it! Also gave me 2 sauces for free. Gave them a tip and went on my way. Pizzas were excellent, the boneless wings were great too. Service was awesome, greeted me as I came in, helped me with my order price and told me to have a great night.

  I am contacting you to formally report ongoing service concerns at the Domino’s Pizza location on Memorial Drive in Lancaster and to request review by store or franchise management. During my recent visit, I selected curbside pickup and completed the required check-in process through the Domino’s system. I parked directly in front of the store with my hazard lights activated as instructed and waited while multiple employees were present inside with no visible customer backlog. Despite following all curbside procedures, no one acknowledged my arrival or brought my order outside, and I ultimately had to enter the store to retrieve it myself. This situation is particularly frustrating because curbside pickup is an advertised service that directly influences a customer’s decision to order. When the service is unavailable or ignored without communication, it defeats the purpose of offering the option and creates an inconsistent customer experience. This is not an isolated incident. I have experienced repeated service delays and inconsistencies at this location. By comparison, Domino’s locations in Canal Winchester and Heath consistently provide timely and professional service, which suggests this concern may be specific to operational management at the Lancaster Memorial Drive store. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure advertised services are reliably provided moving forward. I would appreciate follow-up confirming that this concern has been addressed, as customer confidence depends on consistent service standards. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter

  Went in to get my pizzas about 9:45 p.m. the only people in there was the manager and another lady working. I had my order was 28. 47 but I only had $26 and the $50 bill. Well I happen to know for a fact that the manager can go to the office and get change out of the safe. After all we were the only ones in there me my 10-year-old son the manager and the other lady that worked there I believe and go get change then I told him to have a good night and he just ignored me I kind of wish I would have left my son there so I know he didn't spit in my food he once gave me his card and said if I have any problems to call him directly so I about called him directly and told him I was having a problem with him being not hospitable. End of rant

  The food was delicious and hot. We received our order in a timely manner. The workers were very professional.

  This has got to be the friendliest Domino’s we have ever been to! Very clean store. Dining area looks clean and inviting. Pizza was hot and fresh. We will be back!
