  Thinking about getting chipotle? Well skip this one because asking for a simple quesadilla is some sort of rocket science. Asked for a quesadilla with steak and cheese with rice, hot sauce, and sour cream as a side. You know what’s better than waiting for an hour for food while hungry oh yeah a greasy plain taco shell, with no sides. Don’t know who thought this grand idea was acceptable but it’s total bs.

  Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. We eventually came to the conclusion to just go in and get it. I said “Hi i have a pick up for ___ “ and then they realized they needed to make it and yet they didn’t even start it. Then it took them 30 minutes to start to make said food when there was barely any other customers. When others were coming in though they got there food done before us, they then made a doordash order right infront of me and still didn’t even start it. I then get the food go home and it wasn’t even made correct and best of all it was super cold.

  This particular location is ALWAYS out of something...rice, chicken, fajita vegetables, etc. I stop by often & this seems to be a regular occurrence. Tonight there was also plastic in my food. It looked like a piece of a bag that the protein comes in. Lastly & worst of all, there is a young, female manager working nights who is beyond rude. She berated a team member in front of myself & other customers. I felt so bad for this young girl who looked like she was fighting back tears. Also, this manager just stands there & never pitches in to help her team out, no matter how far behind with orders they are. I hope the owner of this particular franchise reads this review & fires this "manager". I won't be returning. I will head over to the Memorial Drive location from here on out.

  We ordered chipotle and got it delivered. All of our orders were messed up. No cheese on any of the bowls even tho we ordered extra. 2 of them were half chicken and not one piece of chicken was in either bowl. I found out if I ordered a salad it gave option for the honey vinaigrette when normally I get a bowl and get it anyway so I ordered it that way specifically to get the vinaigrette. And of course I didn’t get the vinaigrette. The other bowl we got queso on and lo and behold no queso and NO CHEESE. To make everything better one of our bowls got a side of chicken…. they got steak not chicken. We’ve only got it delivered twice and both times were messed up. So don’t waste your money or time on the app just go to the location and make sure they make your food right cuz after taking care of a teething 9 month old and working all day I was so excited to eat my chipotle till it was all wrong.
