  Ok so for anyone who wants to go here please do not. The employees are super rude to customers. They take forever to do their jobs and procrastinate on their phones most of the time. Someone I know made a complaint about them because they spent an hour on their phones instead of doing their jobs and instead of fixing the problem at hand they just sent copious amounts of backlash to my friend. Someone needs to set them straight. I’m not saying don’t go but don’t allow them to treat you bad as they need to learn how to do their jobs.

  The moment Layla came to my window in that drive-thru lane, the clouds parted, a single beam of golden light hit my car, and I swear I heard a faint chorus of angels trumpeting in the background. She didn’t just take my order, she read my MIND like that girl with the weird name in TrueBlood. The cup itself was slightly above warm, glowing a bit, and I’m 15% certain it granted me temporary invincibility for the rest of the day. The first sip tasted like victory, ambition, and maybe a hint of brown sugar & cinnamon (it’s what I ordered) My credit score rose. Traffic parted for me on the way home like I was a coffee inebriated Moses of Lancaster. If you go to 7 Brew and Layla is working, congratulations…you have been chosen.

  Pulled into 7brew for a quick coffee, sat in line for 45 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. By the time I got up to the podium to have my order taken, I had to tell staff I didn't have time to wait because I had to go pick my daughter up for school. The stand has went down hill drastically in the last two months. During the day wait times have been 30+ minutes. My drinks are always good but the wait isn't worth it. I have had to pass up stopping on many occasions due to there being a line, long wait times, and no way to pull out of the stand if wait times become too long. This is the closest 7brew to home and it makes me sad that I can't get my coffee or energy when I'm on a time crunch. I have many friends that are 7brew lovers like I and they are experiencing the same thing. I hope this issue gets solved quickly.

  I hate having to put this review but honestly its needed. Ive been coming to this 7brew since it opened religiously, 3 times a week usually. I am unsure what has changed in the last 2 months but they no longer take orders ahead of the podium causing wait times to be astronomical. You cant leave once you are in line and because they have a whole team thats in the building and no one taking car orders its made this location a pointless visit. Ive officially gone to the point that I schedule food pick up and services in Zanesville so that I can still have my coffee ( that is *fantastic* ) but also get home within 3 hours of when I get to the shop. I understand being short staffed, but that doesnt seem the case considering every other 7 brew in the area ( Zanesville and Newark notably ) have had 0 issues in this area and the staffing does not seem different at each location.

  Sat in line for over 10 minutes had 3 cars in the other line order and get there dinks before I even pulled up. Was shown no customer service. I’ve experienced long wait times every time I have visited this location. I am at the Newark and Marion locations often and they are always courteous to customers and try there best to not keep the line moving by approaching cars in line and getting peoples orders while drinks are being made so that way the line is moving. No one should have others pull into the line after them and they receive service and product before they do, one car understandable but not multiple. It’s not the kids fault it’s a lack of customer service training and lack of being taught to to quick and efficient at there job
