Proceeded to wait 10mins more because hey mistakes happen but was never acknowledged by any employee. After dying from embarrassment and humiliation watching the surrounding cars get their orders and leave, I left without anything. I will never be going back to the Lancaster location. They definitely need to reevaluate how their ordering system works and train people accordingly so this situation is avoided.

I just don’t have the time to wait 25+ minutes for my drink. Hopefully this can change sooner than later. Definitely have been to a 7brew in Dayton/Beavercreek more than once. Line clear to road, multiple people taking orders, everyone was busy making and delivering drinks. Only took 5 minutes with 10 cars in front of me. Hopefully that can be ours….

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time it’s slow and one time they didn’t even do the coffee right, it was disgusting. This time I have a gift card which is why I’m here (waiting in the line) and it’s been almost 40 minutes!!!! And it’s physically impossible to leave the line but I’ve considered multiple times driving over the curb in my vehicle! Go elsewhere, anywhere, not here!
- KLKatie LansingerDec 1, 20251.0the only employee at this location that gives good service is parker. he’s phenomenal actually but the rest of the employees ruin it for him. this is probably the worst coffee place i’ve ever been to. the wait time is horrendous, the employees don’t even take your order till you get to the register half the time….not to mention they’re rude and don’t bother apologizing for your wait or thanking you. they’ll hand you your drink covered in your drink, someone else’s drink and whatever else. sticky and wet cups being handed to me is one of my biggest drive thru pet peeves. half the time the drinks taste terrible. this place is truly so disappointing and i’ve given it so many chances.
