  Thus place use to be decent on food, but when you pay $35 for a pizza and a sub, it should be as you ordered it..the large pepperoni pizza wasn't too bad, but the big don sub hardly had anything the I ordered on it...the meat was pretty thin considering I ordered xtra meat and cheese...very dissatisfied...

  Ordered for a 6:15 delivery food didn't show til after 7. On top of that it was a door dasher who made other stops and waited so the food was an hr late and cold. Called in and explained that my order had come in late the person hung up. Customer service was horrible and was lied to by staff.

  Haven’t been to Donatos in forever, and after this visit, I remember why. We couldn’t get into Pizza Cottage, so we rolled the dice—big mistake. The $20 Founders pizza and boneless wings tasted like bargain-bin frozen food. Our server was kind, but the service itself was a mess: no refills, no napkins, no plates, and the ranch showed up only after the second reminder… right as we were almost done eating. Spent more than $40 on a meal that felt like lighting cash on fire. Absolutely won’t be back.
