  Worst experience that we have ever had at any Chick Fil A! We waited 30 mins for TWO salads! We inquired - twice - as to what was going on and were repeatedly dismissed. Asked to speak to a manager and a young man named ROBBIE proceeded to berate me and when I asked for his name (I didn't have my glasses on to read) he grabbed his shirt with his name tag on it and kept waving it. He was extremely unprofessional, unapologetic, and arrogant - definitely NOT the caliber of colleague that Chick Fil A employs, typically. We did request a refund for our food after waiting for 30 mins, which was completed. That being said, this experience was atrocious and unacceptable. We were thrilled when we saw that the restaurant was opening, but were extremely disappointed in our experience. My husband has a medical condition for which he needs to eat after taking his medication. I even relayed that to the staff and no one showed any concern for his well being!

  I really like Chick Fil A and I will continue coming here, but the drive through situation is a disaster. It feels very cramped, especially pulling into the drive through. The wait times are insane too. I have been here a few times since launch and youll be waiting 15-30 minutes each time. Food is good and the servers are friendly. I would come more often if it wasnt for this wait time.

  The food is decent. The service is unfortunately horrible. I keep going back thinking it’s growing pains but at this point it’s progressively worse. They don’t pay attention to the mobile order line. They give people their order with missing items. They don’t stand outside like the typical chick fil a. They never have frosted coffee in the morning. Don’t recommend going for what you are spending. The service and speed is not up to Par with other chick fil a.

  Never have I ever had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A until Lancaster. The drive through line doesn’t work. The right side is jammed with mobile orders while the left side is trying to figure out how to get in line without hitting a pole or curb. I waited in line on the left side & literally no one came on the speaker to take my order. No team members outside. After waiting & pulling up 15 min to the window I was told I was to order at the speaker! I had to leave the line….still hungry….still thirsty. Inside isn’t an option when you have grouchy toddlers with you.

  The food here is consisently cooked well and the service has been great. They are doing things the right way. If they can make it happen more often someone directing traffic makes the experience so much better. Unfortunately the layout of the parking lot leaves much to be desired and this is taking away from the Atmosphere score. Here's my suggestion. Open the online order lane to the side road that was built and then allow both regular lanes to fill until they funnel down to one at the turn or go through if directed. Individuals taking the orders can help limit a bottle neck there. Additionally after orders are taken and past the covering you should be able to split back into two lanes since technically all orders past that point are being worked on.
