I was asked to call back in 10 min because the manager was in a meeting and the worker did not know how to put the order in to be ready at 4:10, so I instead called back at 3:45 so my order would be ready at 4:10 and I was placed on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up and called back and then another employee picked up and asked me to hold again I was on hold for six minutes I hung up and called back then I waited four more minutes before anybody answered that call and when the lady answered, she asked me to hold again I said I had been on hold for 15 minutes already and she said I know there’s people in my lobby and put me on hold again. Really shouldn’t be that hard to take orders over the phone and also multitask with people picking up in the lobby. Sounds to me like there needs to be new management at this location.
