  The big fellow who works at night was incredibly rude to me when I tried to pick up my order. All I wanted was a party pack to feed my hungry kids!! I’m incredibly disappointed. Tacos were good though

  My dinner was in the oven when my power went out for the second time in a really long day. I had my two dogs in tow and Tashyrah was friendly to me and my dogs and very efficient, which was much needed today. Thank you, Tashyrah and crew!

  I had an amazing experience today and the young man who gave me my order said his name was Jackson! He’s definitely not the fastest by a long shot but I could tell he was giving it his all. The more experienced young man who works with him mostly seems to know what he’s doing and is 400x faster but I think his shirt was on backwards.

  Laziest workers on the planet the store needs to fire their entire night staff and find new employees there is no reason it should take over 40 minutes to put together a line of 10 cars taco bell orders everaging 8 mins a car

  I sat on Detroit Avenue I could not even turn into Taco Bell. The line was so long. I sat through 11 red lights on a Friday night at 10 PM. I could not even get into the line for takeout. I called and asked the manager what was going on and she said that she has orders from six other places, although those orders are not there but people who actually want to place orders get food and pay for it are forced to wait out in a line that did not move through 11 red lights she said you can come in and place an order if you like that would’ve been fine except you couldn’t get into the driveway because of the backed up line trying to place it to go and the traffic from the other side trying to get in absolutely unacceptable what kind of customer service is this? What kind of business doesn’t have enough people? What kind of business takes online orders before actual customers who are there? This is the last time I’m coming to this Taco Bell every single time there is a back up if you want to go through the drive-through.
