  Got the party box for a Christmas party, total GARBAGE 🗑.It was 40.00 dollars one thin piece of meat on each sandwich. Sandwiches were not marketed, total scam don't waste your money.

  30 minutes after I placed an online order I got a call saying that they dont have a delivery driver. It took an hour a half to get my food, and it was soggy, and made incorrectly, and they forgot my drink. This Jimmy John's location has to be the worst on the west side. Wow.

  Ordered lunch from this location. An entire hour went by and no update on the app. Called in for the person to tell me they don't have any drivers today. Why the hell offer delivery if you can't fulfill your orders. What happened to freaky fast? What a joke.

  Of our last 3 online orders, they've only gotten 1 correct. Our order today, they missed adding salami - which we paid for on a 16- 😫😫 We're too busy to call to ask for it, so we just took the loss on it but it just sucks not knowing if we're going to get what we ordered.

  THEY ARE NOT FREAKY FAST - DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY unless you want to wait HOURS for your food. We have gotten burned so many times now and should have learned our lesson... but today we ordered our food (2 subs) at 5:47PM and it is now 8:07PM... we still haven't received our food. We called the store at 7:10PM and they said they were out for delivery with our food. We live like 1/2 a mile a way (I know we're lazy for not picking up ourselves, but thats besides the point) and I am sure they drop off more than one order at a time -- but even so, Lakewood is only so big. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. PSA - I've worked in customer service and I know these things can happen sometimes, and generally its not a big deal, usually nothing to write a review about. However, this happens every time we have order delivery from here within the past year and a half, it's not a one-off. Update 8:24pm - called again and they said our food was already delivered... it was NOT. I asked for a refund and gave up all hope of getting our food. 3 hours waiting, what a waste👎👎👎👎 We will not be ordering from Jimmy John's anymore 💔 even though I love a Turkey Tom. RIP TOM you will be missed.
