I tried to call customer service the number doesn’t work! Unprofessional I ordered a dozen glaze donuts and not 1 glaze donut in the box it cost too much to not say we don’t have that would you like something else. It’s sad that it doesn’t matter how you treat the customer I’d like to hear from the manager immediately

Today it was adding espresso to something that doesn’t have any coffee in it, I got what I got to not have heart palpitations all day but instead i get a bitter coffee drink that made me shakey first sip when I got something non caffeinated. I’m already late to work so I can’t get this fixed. Not work stopping for a quick bite, just going to buy ingredients online and stop even bothering.

I gave them 1 more chance 1 week later and ordered an everything bagel toasted, no creme cheese. I got a day old plain bagle warmed up in the microwave, not toasted. Never again. Very bad service and quality.

Another one was as hard as a brick. When I took them to the counter and showed them, they replied, “I’m sorry we cannot do anything”. “We don’t do refunds and it is a hassle anyway”. “Sometimes these things happen”. AVOID AVOID AVOID. thank god it was only 2 and I’m only out a few bucks. If a real manager reaches out to make this right then I may make this review slightly less scathing
