Another one was as hard as a brick. When I took them to the counter and showed them, they replied, “I’m sorry we cannot do anything”. “We don’t do refunds and it is a hassle anyway”. “Sometimes these things happen”. AVOID AVOID AVOID. thank god it was only 2 and I’m only out a few bucks. If a real manager reaches out to make this right then I may make this review slightly less scathing

Which they up charged ) Very frustrating that I now have to check all my orders. I pull up to the window and I see all the drinks lined up, workers are not organized so that’s how these mistakes happen. So frustrating.
