  Well it was 11.20pm some one walked in there and picked up food the open sings were on and there were three people 2 grils and one boy talking in the front nothing else I say hi she says are you here to pick up I say. No I wanna order something to go she then says ohh were close and then I walked out they turned the open lights off and went back to talking I will never come back there ever again that was my first time in their also so disappointing really wanna try you guys out but the company witch hired these employees Total let down

  Tonight I ordered delivery. Door dash driver got within a few hundred feet and became lost. How he could be lost when he was two buildings away is beyond. He kept telling me his gps took him to the wrong location. Despite me giving him very specific directions he kept arguing he needed to use another GPS. I kept telling him to forget gps and follow my directions. He disconnected with me and I went back inside. He did finally drop the pizza in my entranceway. I am old. I am physically disabled. I used to deliver for this Donatos and know the definition of good customer service. It is lost on these employees.

  I’d like this review to go directly to the manager: your staff working on halloween evening around 5pm-7pm might have been the dumbest, clueless, and least customer-focused i’ve seen. there’s an older women working the drive thru line, her hoarse attitude should take herself right on home with a termination letter. i ordered a GLUTEN FREE pizza at 5:14pm. I show up at 6:05 for a pickup at 6:17. I heard “we need 15 more minutes, thanks”. Totally fine. I come back thru at 6:35… the lady then says “well it’ll be 20 minutes” I then ask “did you make the pizza yet or can’t find it, just be honest”. The classic, untrained, dumb answer “yeah i don’t know”. At this point, i might as well get a brick wall to bake my pizza. I’ll give the staff credit for one thing: being absolutely clueless and unable to do their job. Can I give the food zero stars? Because i didn’t even leave with a pizza… or a side salad that I also ordered. Maybe stop using the excuse “we’re backed up with orders”. Is that your cliche response every time the staff messes up? Wish i had a boat load of excuses when I fail at my job. As if it’s not obvious enough, yeah i won’t be coming back. And others that are reading this comment (hopefully the manager too), i’d advise choosing a different pizza chain than donatoes. At the very least, avoid this spot.
