  I was trying to put an order in the young lady said just a minute and sat the phone down and never came back. So now I'm trying to call back and the line is still busy that is very rude of her. That is in lakewood restaurant on Detroit rd..

  The staff is always friendly and welcoming, along with polite and professional. The tables and bathroom are always clean and my food is always freshly made. I come semi-frequently to get lunch after school on the days that I don't have work. I really appreciate their great effort to have good customer service, amazing staff! 😁

  Unsure of who they use for deliveries but I now know to only pick up my orders from now on. I did not receive my drink and also the driver did not call or text advising that they were here or that food was delivered. I wish I could’ve tipped after the fact. Don’t order for delivery, just pick it up.

  most disrespectful staff i have ever delt with in my life genuinely ruined my day- i made it clear that i wasn’t trying to be confrontational but my order is usually wrong when i come here and i don’t usually say anything and when i went back in to question about my order i was met with instant eye rolling, horrible attitude and laughed at and was told i must have been doing ‘black magic’…i usually don’t have the heart to write bad reviews about customer service because i also work in customer service so i understand how hard and taxing the job can be but i can’t even imagine being that short and disrespectful to someone while i was on the clock
