- PPPatMar 25, 20263.0frequent customer. i appreciate the staff's hustle to get orders out quickly, however there's no point in hurrying if the order comes out wrong. This has happened multiple times over the months, with orders being correct roughly 8/10 times. (when the order is incorrect, they do not remake the food, instead they add the forgotten item to the sandwich, which is now cold and 30minutes old... yum.)

Why is someone always screaming in the mic over the person who is trying to take my order. Other than early in the morning never come here.

I tried to call customer service the number doesn’t work! Unprofessional I ordered a dozen glaze donuts and not 1 glaze donut in the box it cost too much to not say we don’t have that would you like something else. It’s sad that it doesn’t matter how you treat the customer I’d like to hear from the manager immediately

Today it was adding espresso to something that doesn’t have any coffee in it, I got what I got to not have heart palpitations all day but instead i get a bitter coffee drink that made me shakey first sip when I got something non caffeinated. I’m already late to work so I can’t get this fixed. Not work stopping for a quick bite, just going to buy ingredients online and stop even bothering.
