- BRBianca RiveraMar 16, 20261.0This location needs better management. I was there yesterday around 1130am and placed a order through drive thru 4 drinks to be exact. As I was placing my order the gentlemen who i leaned name was Steven recommended a drink in similar to what I ordered so I said ok until I reached windows and realized the total jumped up like 7 dollars so of course I asked why and asked him to just give me the order I asked for. Steven grabbed his head and I turned around to his coworker and said " I'm not dealing with this shit" and walked away. The lady who came to the window happen to be the sister of manager as she made it known to us when I asked for a manager try to fix my order as I complained about the behavior I just encountered with Steven, the manger her sister then came to the window and could care less about what just happened and pretty much just sent me on my way, I did state that I will be calling cooperate in am which I did today 3-16-2026 now let's hope I hear back from district manager in the 2 days as I was told. I will never visit this location again and after reading the reviews I see why the rating is 3.7
