  I used my points to get a grape and they gave me a iced coffee and would not exchange it. The pints for the coffee is 3000 and grape is 4500 I I’ll not go back

  Slowest service. I put in a mobile order which usually saves time but not the case. Put the order in at 10:00 and got the order at 10:43. Door dash gets priority they all were fast. Made me self service my drinks after a 40+ minute wait.

  Usually one of the cheaper McDonalds I don't have any problems with speed in the drive thru, I've had some problems with orders being messed up a little but they were able to remedy it l.

  This place is a joke. I waited 20 minutes for a DoorDash order with 3 simple items and no other door dashes were in process. I have worked for McDonald’s in the past and know how they treat DoorDash orders. They get put on the burner. I watched the store shift lead manager help over 3 cars, use the restroom, and play on her phone before completing my order of 1 apple pie, mcchicken sandwich, and a small fry. Freaking ridiculous. This place needs put into check!

  Sitting in the drive thru as I type this. Dude behind me has been sitting here long enough to step out of his truck to smoke a full cig. 20 minutes is absolutely insane for drive when you can pull people to parking spots- would have already left but you guys took my money already, so I have to wait in between and pray I get what I paid for it i think the time it takes to watch a movie.
