  The girl behind the counter, (and the plexiglass), didn't speak very good English, nor loud enough to be able to hear her thru or around the glass. When we ordered Krunch Boxes, she said all they have is tenders or bone in chicken. Ordered Mac n Cheese, only to be told all they have is wedges. Asked what the Special Sauce was, or what it tasted like, she had no idea. Each of our items rang up $1 more than the posted price. Once we got home, I realized one of the sauces is expired by 2 months. The food was pretty good, a little cool, but still tasted good warmed a little. The service experience though was sub par, and the lack of items advertised disappointing.

  Ordered Cajun sandwich and met with total disappointment. The chicken inside is literally raw. The only thing edible was the potato wedges. Don’t be out there wasting your time and money for salmonella.

  Chicken dry half the time you are getting chicken and sitting up under that light for hours to the point where you pull the chicken apart and it's brown it's so dry biscuits dry ever since new owners have bought it it's been trash I miss the old crew I remember when you had the get there early because of a long line

  I bought the 5 piece wings, no sauce. It was $10. Wings were delicious, very well seasoned. Wings are actual wings: the drum, the flat, and that little flapper-thing. 5 drums and 5 flats for $10. The wings at Krispy Krunchy look as though they were from actual chickens, not the tiny pigeon-sized wings you normally find at gas stations or even some sit-down chains. Across the street, you can sit down while watching sports TV and you will pay about the same $10 and get 3 drums, 3 flats, a side of carrots and celery, and cup of ranch or blue cheese. Krispy Krunchy is a better value option than it appears on paper.

  Tried for first time last night. Biscuit hard as a rock after sitting under warmer, probably for hours. The chicken was not cooked properly as it was extremely greasy. Chicken needs to be fried at 300 degrees throughout to prevent buildup of grease inside chicken. Taste was OK but not exceptional. Kroger has better fried chicken. Please get better cooker, but improper cooking is expected from a gas station restaurant.
