- KBKris BrownDec 7, 20251.0Missing every sauce ordered. Doordash called, and the person who answered told them “we’re closed and can’t do a redelivery”. It was 9:30 with a closing time of 1AM. I called, was on hold for 20 mins, and was told “no one’s called us in the last hour so that’s not possible”. I was then told I can “come get ranch cups if I really want them, or come back tomorrow”, and instead had to fight for a refund since they refused to pick up the phone to arrange a re-delivery doordash. This was my first time ever ordering Wingstop, and it will be the last- couldn’t imagine being rude to the customer when I was the one that messed up their order.

I ordered the 20 boneless wing special , 2 different sauces. 10 and 10 , they proceeded to put both flavors in the same box. I asked why they didn’t put them in 2 separate boxes so the flavors didn’t mix. Do to an allergy of honey the food shouldn’t be touching the other. I was told they’ve always done it that way it’s a corporate policy to put them in one box and they don’t have to separate the 2 different flavors. Which in turn made it to where I had to get one of my kids something from somewhere else do to an allergy hence why I ordered 2 different flavors. He also proceeded to be highly unprofessional and uncaring of the situation. I recommend any wingstop other that this one.
