I got a single with cheese, ketchup, and onion and didn't get any onions. All of my fries were rock hard (probably were at the very bottom). I realize it was at 10pm and I know they close at 12am, so I understand if the fries aren't going to be fresh. I just wish they didn't crumble in my hand. I tried calling 3 times and waited until it went to the voice mail I think. I wasn't sure since there was no voice mail just a *beep* and then dead silence/no ringing. The burger was alright though. I wanted to just let them know through phone, but I assume they were busy at that time. People were nice and super fast. I think they got through 3 orders (including mine) within 5-7mins. I only saw 2 other people ahead of me and no one behind me. I just didn't think it was worth the $10 since my burger wasn't made right, the fries weren't edible, and I didn't even get a drink I just got a cup of water with no ice (I wasn't sure if they were out of ice).
