We ordered on app like we usually do. 2 sandwiches were wrong and the other 2 had so much mayo that could not taste the chicken. Tried calling location no one would answer the phone. Husband went up there for them to remake. It looks like the same people purchased this location that owns the Woodman location. We stopped going there for the same reason.

They have expired products on their sandwich unit, they don’t understand a word of english, and they skimp on products HEAVILY. charge extra for correct portions. I asked for a FOOTLONG turkey, which gets TWELVE slices of meat, and the guy put 6 and refused to make it right. CORPORATE needs to step in and investigate these owners!!! This was the last location i would go to in dayton/kettering since they replaced all of their original workers at the stroop and smithville locations as well. Save yourself the food poisoning and rude interactions, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS!!

Same with the cucumbers and some other veggies. When I brought it up to them, there response was the line is just to cold. I will not be back!!!!
- RRRiverAug 16, 20255.0This is a bright, clean store with excellent service. I stopped in 08/16/25 at about 7:00pm just because I had a gift card. I don’t normally eat at Subway and I don’t know what I was expecting but it was really, really good! I got a 6-inch Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch and my husband got a footlong All American. We got it to go, and added a bag of chips and some cookies. Both sandwiches were much better than I remember Subway sandwiches being! We will definitely be back.
