I left one star because zero stars isn’t possible. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Sonic. They literally tried to feed me an almost completely raw hamburger. I put the order in online and it came out. I took one bite out of it, and my appetite was completely ruined as II left one star because zero stars isn’t possible. I took one bite out of it, and my appetite was completely ruined as I bit into almost completely raw meat. I took it back up to the door. A gentleman came. He was very nice. Said he would remake it for me. Almost 45 minutes later I’m still waiting so I call and I assume the manager answered. The phone was very rude. Spoke to me like I was supposed to know their company policy for me waiting at the door for my food and then hung up on me so when I came to the drive-through since it is very cold once again, she was very rude and again acted like I was supposed to just stay in there at the door and wait for it in the cold when I was the only person in the parking lot besides one other person clear on the other side of the parking lot that didn’t pull up until a half hour after I did. I quite literally will never go to Sonic ever again and if this is the type of people that you have running your restaurant it won’t be running very long.

We go to this Sonic often for my wife's unsweet tea and bag of ice. The staff is so nice! They love her! The tea is great and the food is good too.

I drive a box truck for work. Doesn’t fit in drive thrus. Instead of making accommodations to get me food I was simply told they only served drive thru. When I explained my truck couldn’t fit they just left it there. Very sad that customer service has fallen this much.

Ordered online and site said around 7-10 min wait and food would be ready. Ended up being about 45 min wait with no explanation why there was a 45 min wait and only 1 other vehicle in lot under the canopy that got drinks and left. No apologies, just a wait. Food wasn't bad but the rest of experience wasn't good. Ended up going back that night for dinner thinking that situation would never happen twice let alone in 1 day but boy was i wrong. Another 30 min wait past online order pick up time
