We both chose the “Pick 2” option so we could try more items from the menu. Overall, we are very happy with our Panera experience. We would definitely go back to this location. There was no line when we arrived.

Even the new employees, they 'get it'. But this big menu redo that was done a couple of years ago, maybe around the epidemic recovery, the big cost-savings redo - they've killed the chicken offerings at Panera Bread. My view: Stay away from anything that includes chicken. It's gristly, fatty, chopped. Nothing like the old days. I'm sure it's lower cost, sure. But I can't make this work. I can't make it through any serving including this low quality, gross, cold, gristle-blob of a chicken imposter. I give up. Panera Bread = Bread. Maybe a Coffee. Maybe a wonderful pastry. Peace.
