- MDMary DanielsDec 11, 20251.0Went in to order my food on the computer thing because there was noone at the front and when I yell back they did not day anything someone look at me so I just went ahead and did my order on there and the card would work on it so yell back again then someone came up and help me and I paid for my order with the same card I try and it work. Then I sat there for 40mins to get my food and still nothing and there was only 1 person there that order before me. And they were just waiting on drive thru orders and doordash orders. And also there was some worker just standing around not doing anything so 45 mins in when I put my order in I yell back and ask for a refund. And the guy ack like he did not know how to give refunds at all. Took him forever. Then I just left and had go somewhere else to eat. And my kids were upset because they love mcdonald's but there allways something with this mcdonald's. Take for ever get orders or food wrong all the time. And sometimes they are not nices. I will not be back.
