Wings are actual wings: the drum, the flat, and that little flapper-thing. 5 drums and 5 flats for $10. The wings at Krispy Krunchy look as though they were from actual chickens, not the tiny pigeon-sized wings you normally find at gas stations or even some sit-down chains. Across the street, you can sit down while watching sports TV and you will pay about the same $10 and get 3 drums, 3 flats, a side of carrots and celery, and cup of ranch or blue cheese. Krispy Krunchy is a better value option than it appears on paper.

We had some of their delicious, juicy fried chicken for our carryout dinner last night. We also got some of their fried shrimp: each was a perfectly battered golden brown bite. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and efficient. Forget the rest of those fried chicken places.
