I've had to on multiple occasions remind them im missing items...never thank you for coming or smile etc....I've had better luck going to another location a little bit out of the way...but worth it!

I ordered through the app. They didnt put cold foam on one of my coffees, i was missing a donut, and both sandwiches were made wrong. They remedied the cold foam and donut at the window but we didnt realize the sandwiches were made wrong until we got home to eat them. I drove all the way back and went in to get it fixed. The girl at the counter was nice and re-rang them in. When the sandwiches came out, this other girl threw the bag on the counter and there was only one sandwich in the bag...even though i had paid for 2. They remade the 2nd sandwich and were pretty rude and non apologetic about it. I dont need to be catered to but I paid for an order, I expect it to be right or at the very least treated with basic customer service etiquette, especially when I have to drive all the way back to fix their mistake.
