There was only one customer at the cashier and an empty line, yet there was no greeting the staff just stood around talking to each other as if they didn’t see me. I had to say hello first before they acknowledged my kids and l. From that point on, everything moved in slow motion while preparing our food, even though we were the only customers. The staff could definitely use a refresher on customer service and a reminder to show more care when assisting guests. We’re in an economic crisis right now, and no one wants to spend their hard-earned money only to receive poor service. I see why this location has a 3.9 rating. This Chipotle won’t be getting me as a repeat customer. First impressions are lasting impressions.

They run out of everything such as cheese, steak, white rice, etc. everyone is slow and doesn’t care about doing their job, randomly disappearing to the back only to not come back out, and for other employees to look at you like they’re lost. Felt bad for the lady making my order as she was nice but working alone. Definitely don’t recommend.
