The wait is forever (on top of the time it took to order, I spent 5 mins at the window and 5 mins parked) management doesn’t care about customers, I’ve had more than one of these instances. Tonight, my toddler just wanted chicken nuggets and then home, and it took 30 mins all in to get our mobile order. Honestly, I’ve had better service at a McDonald’s. After feeding the toddler, I went to get my own food…I’m so glad I paid for a single cherry tomato and 5 pieces of shredded cheese on my pile of wilted lettuce. I’d complain less about this Chick-fil-A if the food was great quality or the employees were over the top nice. Unfortunately none of that is true here.
