It may be a minor thing but it gets under my skin. And when ya regularly make people wait an extremely long time for fast food (30 minutes or more) and the food is cold, well that's just incompetence.

We were asked to pull into a space and wait. While we waited 6 more cars were served and left the drive thru, till they even started to come out to deliver ours. The fries were barely warm, at least our order was right.
