But when I took the fries out they were so cold, and they were disguising, and soggy. They also don’t have normal bbq sauce, and they only have honey bbq. Never ordering online again.

Im going to assume they are short staffed but in those situations you adjust to better suit the business. Once received the food fries were cold nuggets half cooked. I ordered a sprite went to refill and all of a sudden they were out of sprite. Someone please hell this place they only have 4 restaurant choices in this tiny town.
