I placed an order through the App at 6:22PM on 4-9-26 and the App said I should be at the store by 6:35. I got there about this time and a person walked in the same time I did and that person walked to the counter and ordered their food, then paid and walked out with their sandwich, after a wait. How does this happen when my order was placed before them through the App? There was only one person working the counter and he seemed to be making multiple sandwiches but jumping from one to another and not completing any of them. I could understand that they were busy but I counted 2 people in the back that did not come out to help. I received my food and walked out at 6:57 = 35 minutes for a cold sandwich, I can do that well at a sit down restaurant! Oh and I left a tip when I ordered, I guess they were too busy to offer to return it to me for the poor service. I will pass on ordering here again, not the first time this location has underperformed for me.

owners turned off in-app coupons so the price is always ridiculous unless you have a physical coupon

Staff were quite rude at this location. I witnessed an employee throw away a freshly made sub because a coupon was deemed invalid due to a missing expiration date. It was a complete waste of food.

Normally subway is a good spot to stop by but it has been very short staffed for a while. While I know short staffing causes stress unfortunately I do not think that means be rude to customers. Tonight it was super backed up with both mobile orders and people waiting in line. I watched who I believe was Denise as her name tag was hard to read since it was above her ear not in front like the young gentleman. She was incredibly rude to multiple customers and was complaining to them about one guy who ran out to get his wallet. While she was not rude to me it is frustrating to watch. Especially because everyone is human and makes mistakes but forgetting the wallet which is less than a minute away is not a reason to talk crap to the other customers in line and tell them how you don’t have time for that. And then taking it out on others. If there are two people both should be able to ring out customers it holds up the line as well. However I will state most people who place mobile orders want to skip the wait. It’s frustrating to wait so long when people in line were served faster and I placed ahead of time.
