  This was the first and very last time we will ever order from here again the bagel was burnt to a crisp the chicken salad was super soggy with wilted lettuce and the salad was maybe a day old not fresh at all PLUS the bread THAT GOES WITH IT wasn't even wrapped just thrown in the bag it took over 25 minutes to pick up an order that was placed online and the staff is just obviously untrained and busy chatting to each other this is the nastiest restaurant I have ever ordered from expensive and gross DO NOT ORDER HERE YOU WILL FEEL AND BE SO RIPPED OFF AND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

  My personal experience with the food has usually been positive. However, this review isn’t about the food — it’s about management. I’ve noticed several reviews mentioning a rude manager without naming her. The general manager’s name is Tina. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism has been noticeable enough to appear in multiple reviews, which is concerning given that she is responsible for leading and coaching the staff. I have personally witnessed yelling and degrading communication toward employees. That type of behavior creates a hostile work environment and contributes to high staff turnover, which ultimately impacts customer service. Reading through other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated concern. I encourage customers who experience poor service to take note of the manager’s name so feedback can be directed appropriately. Constructive accountability is the only way meaningful improvement can happen — for both customers and the staff who deserve a respectful workplace.

  I ordered my food to go, and when I unwrapped my sandwich, this is what it looked like. The entire sandwich was completely soggy, the bread was smashed, and everything looked like it had just been thrown together. There was no structure at all the filling was soaked through the paper, and the bread was falling apart. It honestly looked unappetizing and careless. I was really disappointed because this isn’t what you expect when paying for a meal, especially one meant to be handheld. I couldn’t even eat it.

  Panera is good when you're sick but I spent $40 on mostly bread 🙃
