Neither of these times did anybody come out and even acknowledge that it would take a little longer than usual. Horrible customer service. On the second time coming through, I was the ONLY vehicle waiting in line. We ordered a cup of soup and a side salad, that's it! Waited over 20 minutes and when the girl working the window gave us our food, no sorry, no offering to make it right, nothing. Will never be coming back to this specific location and will tell all of my family and friends to avoid this Panera Bread. They SUCK

I took it back up to ask if they could put bacon on it and the 5 people behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid. They said the bacon was under the cheese. I took it back to my husband. He got halfway through the sandwich, no bacon. So he dipped it in his bacon mac n cheese. Whatever. Ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter to take home. It was burnt to a crisp. I called the store and the manager didn’t apologize but blamed it on his new and inexperienced staff. I don’t normally leave reviews…but this sandwich earns a top spot in what NOT to wrap up and send on its way. 😂 The poor girl at the front counter was super busy and I witnessed what appeared to be two managers in the front dining area chit chatting, completely unaware of how busy they were. Bad service is one thing….but bad service, bad food, and terrible management is another. Ok. That’s my bad review for the year.
