  We normally always come to this Jimmy John’s, but today is most likely our last we walked in and they were playing a lot of inappropriate rap music and we bring our kids to this place. You would think they would realize a family has walked in. Maybe we should change the station to something more appropriate that doesn’t talk about Genitalia or have curse words we will never be coming back to this one. They officially lost our business at this location.

  This Jimmy John's is my go to. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches which included 2 #12 Beach Clubs. I was toasted, I was not. When they arrived, both were toasted and there was I slice of turkey on each sandwich. I immediately called and got major attitude from the kid who answered the phone. I explained the situation and he was a total jerk. Told me that there was NO way I could tell how many slices of turkey were on each sandwich due to the fact it was toasted also informed that they don't see the online order, that is why mine was also toasted (hit the DON'T TOAST online). I was supposed to get another sandwich delivered, but after an hour I called again. Brandon Claridy (the manager who has NO people skills)answered laughing saying, oops, forgot about you. He got his GM on the phone and proceeded to tell her how he was 100% right and I was not. He even told me to "get my eyes checked". I took my whole sandwich apart and discovered that there were actually 1.5 slices of turkey, not the 1 I had originally thought and definitely not the 3 he yelled at me about. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a place of business or from a "manager".

  Excellent communication from the manager and driver when I called about my order being delayed. Sometimes, things happen. Great communication is the way to work through it. My order was correct and amazing!!
