If you go during busy hours they will be out of at least one item, sometimes something major like forks. Also during busy hours they will likely give smaller portions than at non-peak hours to try and ensure they won't run out during the rush. The food you do get is always tasty and they keep the line moving quickly.

THE RICE WAS MUSHY. it was so revolting i took a couple bites and threw it away. the rice was clumping together and wet and mushy it was just absolutely disgusting. whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE.
