  I recently had an order placed here a week before in advance, when I showed up to get my order, they told me the kitchen was behind and I ended up waiting in the restaurant an extra 30 minutes after my pickup time, despite setting this order for the time a WEEK prior. I filed a complaint with buffalo wild wings online who said they would reach out the restaurant almost a MONTH ago, and I still have not heard back anything. This was incredibly frustrating experience and not the first bad experience I have had with this particular BWW, which has gotten several of my orders wrong in the past. Would strongly suggest patroning elsewhere, such as Wing Warehouse in Stow

  Great for that late-night snack and a drink. We got the sampler platter and it was yummy but the best part about this place is Mack greeting us like old friends and making us feel at home. She is an absolute treasure. That is what exceptional service looks like. Thanks again Mack. See you soon. 👏

  Stood there for 30 minutes waiting to be seated and was never seated, was told by two different staff members it was a shift change, multiple staff members were walking around, looked at me and continued about their day, one staff member literally told me I could go somewhere else to eat, which i did.

  We ordered 5 ranch dressing with our order and didn’t receive it I have a lot of wings with no sauce we were told to go and and get it our self and they wouldn’t refund us they are very unprofessional when I called I was told they didn’t take my order very rude they are very unprofessional

  We visited the Kent Ohio location Sunday December 7th around 2:30 p.m. The restaurant was not busy by any means. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table of 4, when there were tables open. After about 10 minutes we were sat, and about 15 minutes after that our drink order was taken. Drink order arrived, not quickly. I ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap and the waitress asked if i wanted that grilled or crispy, i chose grilled. I also asked for asian zing and jalapenos to be added. 30 minutes later our food arrived and my wrap was filled with shredded chicken, no ranch or asian zing and the tortilla was barely holding together because of how stale it was. Got ahold of the waitress and explained that my wrap was incorrect and she apologized, and said she would remove it from the bill and have the kitchen fix it. 20 minutes later a new wrap arrives. Drenched with asian zing, but once again filled with shredded chicken. When we asked for our bills, she brough them to the table and they were wrong as well.
