  Im not sure what's going on with this dunkin but for the past 2 years it's been inconsistent. My food is always cold my drink is inconsistent. I love the Water street location which is sad because it's operated by the same owner. The customer service is just not great on the East main location. Im rushed to get my drink order in then when I say the whole order they can't put it in without asking questions. I Know this may be a high priority location but the least you can do is be patient with your tone because it's very snippy very short tempered. 1 time I had to come in and speak to a manager because the girl was so rude. The sad part is I use to work at this location and not only that another one in Elyria and I can promise you I was never like this in person or on the headset.

  Zero consistency in quality of orders. My drink has been messed up three times now, last time I got attitude for coming in to have it remade. Always undercook or burn my food, I get they don’t pay much but I tip often so to have my food and drink THIS messed up is beyond me.

  This Dunkin’ store is really small, so there's almost no point in getting them in-store rather than going.

  Second day in a row the staff “lost my ticket”. Screen said order was ready but it wasn’t. Staff said they were working on it but nobody was. Had to repeatedly ask for my order to be made. 20 minutes for just a coffee is pretty ridiculous. Attempted to call customer service and was hung up on because I didn’t know the store number. Extremely unprofessional all around. Do better Dunkin.

  All I can say is do better besides service being slow, and not getting orders correct. Even handing out the wrong order. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing
