  I usually never share anything about my experience anywhere regardless of how it is. Well our waiter had dropped our food which I understand accidents happen. He never came back from when had gave us our drinks until the food was done again. This was an hour. Didn't offer a refill the whole time. Even after finally getting the food didn't offer a refill I had to tell him we needed stuff and let them know it was unacceptable. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. We will not be returning to this location ever again. Do better

  I recently had an order placed here a week before in advance, when I showed up to get my order, they told me the kitchen was behind and I ended up waiting in the restaurant an extra 30 minutes after my pickup time, despite setting this order for the time a WEEK prior. I filed a complaint with buffalo wild wings online who said they would reach out the restaurant almost a MONTH ago, and I still have not heard back anything. This was incredibly frustrating experience and not the first bad experience I have had with this particular BWW, which has gotten several of my orders wrong in the past. Would strongly suggest patroning elsewhere, such as Wing Warehouse in Stow UPDATE: I received this response weeks ago, and as is true to the way this establishment seems to operate, I have never heard again about any matter regarding anything. I would urge people not to patron this particular buffalo wild wings. There is a wingstop not too far from here if you want cheap wings, and if you are looking for a sports bar, I would go to wing warehouse in stow as i previously mentioned. Just ceaselessly disappointed with this location. They never fail to fail.

  Great for that late-night snack and a drink. We got the sampler platter and it was yummy but the best part about this place is Mack greeting us like old friends and making us feel at home. She is an absolute treasure. That is what exceptional service looks like. Thanks again Mack. See you soon. 👏

  Stood there for 30 minutes waiting to be seated and was never seated, was told by two different staff members it was a shift change, multiple staff members were walking around, looked at me and continued about their day, one staff member literally told me I could go somewhere else to eat, which i did.
