  I could count the food portions. 3 cups of rice, 5 cubes of potato, 8 chickpeas, 10 kernels of corn, 15 pieces of shredded carrot… don’t waste your money.

  This is my first time visiting and probably won't be back. I decided to go here after a 10 minute CMSO meeting which I commute from Akron. Wanted something healthy. The food is good and impressive, and I figured I wouldn't go to Chipotle or Penn Station and something more healthy. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee named Christian, who raised his voice at me for asking me about what base. I accidentally said chicken, but still. The portion was somewhat half, but when I looked on my receipt, I noticed an additional charge of $1.50 for avocado was on there. I asked him I didn't mind and $3.00 for extra chicken. I get it that if you want extras, but $3.00 for extra chicken. Not to mention that on the website, the atmosphere was quiet, but the employees working here are so loud that I feel uncomfortable. I had to hurry up and looked at the menu since it was my first time eating here, but had to quickly hesitate since I felt like I was being rushed. They weren't even that busy when I walked in. The bathrooms on the other hand were so small and messy. And the soap dispenser felt like only droplets of soap comes out. Paper towels on the floor, and when I was using the bathroom, that Christian guy was seeing if it was unlocked. I get it that bathrooms are small like that, and I didn't mind, but please considered putting vacant and occupied labels on the bathroom doors to indicate what is and what isn't open. Overall satisfaction here was uncomfortable and felt like I was a bother. And as well as the portions for prices are expensive, especially when its just off the CAED architecture building. I won't be back here for awhile since the atmosphere was inconveniently horrible, as well as the customer service and prices.

  Small portions, manager is rude, way to expensive, gave me only two pieces of broccoli and when I asked for more they gave me a singular piece. Chipotle is cheaper healthier and just as close.

  I had a bowl with yellow rice and chicken and veggies, the server who is dealing with my bowl doesn’t change the hand gloves , he’s literally had a sweep from sanitizer bucket, using the same gloves with food , literally he touched the yellow rice with the same gloves, worst experience i had
