    Manager is a joke. I placed an online order that was messed up and cold. I picked it up on my way to work and was busy the rest of the night and couldn't call to complain or ask for it to be remade to be correct and edible. I then called the following day, had my receipt, and explained that it was impossible for me to call the night before or to come pick anything up while I was at work. The manager literally said they couldn't do anything about it. I explained again that the order was largely incorrect and cold and that I had a receipt and couldn't call after getting the order because I was occupied. He said it didn't matter because he worked the night before and never got a call. I said that I knew that because I didn't call because I was busy, and he said there was nothing he could do. So, I didn't get what I paid for and my order was cold and largely inedible and I'm just out of luck. I'm not sure if he didn't understand the situation or what, but if they're unwilling to fix their mistakes, they should be more careful not to make them. Literally only one item in the order was correct.

    The fish sandwich is NOT like it used to be . Hard , fishy-tasting filet , probably pollock , on a dry , sesame bun . No lettuce , no ANYTHING ! COLD. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DELICIOUS FISH SANDWICH ??? POPPY SEED BUN , LETTUCE , WARM !! ALSO GOT AN ORDER OF CURLY FRIES ... LITTLE , HARD , DRY !!! GREW UP LOVING ARBYS . NEVER GOING AGAIN .

    Did not have a vehicle so I went through the drive thru on foot and the workers ignored me. All I wanted was a milkshake. Not very happy with my visit.
